VILNIUS CONFERENCE INFORMATION
March 18-22, 2009

The FAWCO website is in the process of being upgraded and migrated to our new CRM (constituent relationship management) software which has delayed posting the on-line registration for the Vilnius Conference. We apologize for this delay but due to this unexpected hold-up, we are now sending this announcement with detailed information on the Vilnius Conference. Please review the details, make your plans and be prepared for the on-line Registration Form coming very soon! FAWCO Reps, kindly advise your club members of all this information.
When the registration form is available you will be notified immediately.

Conference Fees
1. Conference participants
Registration Fee for participants (non-refundable)    €120
Conference Fee for participants    €355
Total fee for participants    €475
NB: The FAWCO board has generously given all conference participants
a rebate of €40
        -€40                               
Full conference fee for participants after FAWCO rebate:         €435     

    Conference fees include lunch Thursday to Sunday, coffee breaks during conference, 
    Wednesday morning Walking Tour of Vilnius, Wednesday Opening Reception & Dinner,
    Thursday Foundation Night, Saturday Gala Dinner, and all conference materials. 

2. Guests (spouses, family or friends accompanying a full conference participant)           
Registration Fee for guests (non-refundable)    €100
Guest package    €175
Total fee for guests        €275   

    Guest package includes Wednesday Walking Tour of Vilnius, Wednesday Opening Reception and Dinner, Thursday bus tour, Thursday Foundation Night, Friday walking tour of Vilnius Jewish quarter and KGB Museum and Saturday Gala Dinner.

1. Pre Conference Tours
Monday, 16 March: Bus tour to monastery, Kaunas, lunch, linen shop (Trakai)    €35
Tuesday, 17 March: Bus tour to Soviet Park, lunch, amber factory        €35

Special 2009 Conference Option: Optional CO2 Offset
   
    Another horizon of which we would like to make you aware is the environment.
    We will all fly a long way to reach the conference destination. Therefore we encourage  
    you to give an optional €25.00 for CO2 emissions to be paid into an appropriate fund.    €25   

Total Amount Due (all conference fees, tours and CO2) before January 15, 2009
    A late fee of 10% will be charged for all payments received from 16th January 2009.
Requests for refunds must be received no later than 31st January 2009.  After this date, only a substitution may be made.
